Regular French Verbs Ending in IR
There is a high percentage of regular French verbs ending in IR. Conjugations in the present tense follow a set pattern.

Conjugating the verbs
Finir – To Finish
| je finis | nous finissons |
| tu finis | vous finissez |
| il – elle – on finit | ils – elles finissent |
Examples:
Je finis ce projet = I am finishing my project.
Il finit tôt = He finishes early.
Choisir – To Finish
| je choisis | nous choisissons |
| tu choisis | vous choisissez |
| il – elle – on choisit | ils – elles choisissent |
Examples:
Tu choisis un cadeau = You are choosing a gift.
Je choisis de vivre en France = I choose to live in France.
