French Listening Comprehension Exercise:  Arriving at the Airport in Paris


Do you want to improve your listening skills in French? Are you planning a trip to France? Do you want to practice your listening comprehension skills and find out what happens when you arrive at the airport? This is a French listening comprehension activity about what happens when this traveler arrives at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris!   Comprehension questions follow the listening activity.  You may have to listen to it several times to get all of the answers.

1.         Je suis arrivée à quel aéroport ?

2.         J’ai enregistré combien de bagages ?

3.         Quelles sont mes 3 options pour aller à Paris ?

4.         Quelle option est-ce que j’ai choisi ?

5.         Pourquoi est-ce que je n’ai pas pris le taxi ?

6.         Le trajet pour arriver à Paris a pris combien de temps ?

7.         Quand je suis arrivée à Paris, j’ai vu quel monument ?

8.         Maintenant que je suis à Paris, comment est-ce que je vais aller à mon hôtel ?

9.         Mon hôtel se trouve dans quel district, dans quel quartier ?


Les Réponses:

  1. Je suis arrivée à Roissy, Charles de Gaulle.
  2. J’ai enregistré 2 bagages.
  3. Je peux ou prendre le taxi, ou prendre le train, ou prendre le bus.
  4. J’ai choisi prendre le bus.
  5. Je n’ai pas pris le taxi car c’est trop cher.
  6. Le trajet pour arriver à Paris a pris à peu près 45 minutes.
  7. En arrivant à Paris, j’ai vu l’Opéra Garnier.
  8. Je vais prendre le Métro pour y aller.
  9. Mon hôtel se trouve au Quartier Latin.
